Hey folks it’s Joy back again for Zero Dark Thirty. This is
a first for me after leaving this movie last night I was completely speechless.
Zero Dark Thirty starts with a radio transmission of 9-11 flashes to a
kidnapping of a lower man of a terrorist cell group. The scenes are very
intense I jumped back with the interrogation and torture of an individual. The
cast is filled with out of prime action film stars, which makes this
intriguing. This film has had its fair share of controversy in political,
religion, and national security issues. The film was very limited overseas as
Canada and United States had a wide spread release of the film into theatres.
The storyline is very straight forward and detailed which
makes this one that you want to focus on from beginning to end the ways of
tortured used is close to that used in the hit television series 24. The thrill
level of the movie resembles Hannibal Lectar movie series, which makes this
very graphic and detailed.
The timeline of the major events of the film is historically
accurate. The filmmaking is very documentary with an intensity of the story
which brings you in. The lead character Maya is astounding following her
emotions as she put her life to one thing the death or capture of Osama Bin
Laden. The director gets you, so wrapped up in the lead character’s role makes
you wonder if this movie is about the death of Osama Bin Laden or something
more? I give this movie 4 big oinks and a high action packed squeal.
